Return conditions

Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! Of course we want to solve this quickly for you. Within 14 after receipt, you can return a product. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
  • The product has original labels, tags and/or cards.
  • The product is in its original undamaged packaging.
  • The product has not been used.

European law requires us to make this form available. You can use this form to indicate that you wish to abandon your purchase within the 14-calendar-day period. However, it is easier for both yourself and us to follow our returns procedure instead. You can download this form [here].

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after receiving your parcel. Once you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to return your order.

Can I try ordered products before returning them?

Of course, you may try out the products you receive as you would in a shop. If we see damage or wear and tear that shows that more has happened than just assessing the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the depreciation this causes.

What are the costs for returning my order?

Returning our products is entirely at the customer's own expense. There will be no reimbursement or refund for this.

What happens when I have returned my order?

Once your parcel has reached us, you will be informed about the return process. We will send you a notification when the return parcel arrives, when we will process it and when you will receive your refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.

How long will it take to get my money back?

As soon as we receive your return package, you will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you have proved that you have sent it back. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.

Which products cannot be returned?

The following products are excluded from our return service:

  • Sealed products whose seals have been broken and where the specifications, characteristics and nature of the product are already perfectly clear inside the packaging.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons because the seal has been broken.
  • A digital product that is not on a physical medium, such as an e-book, game or app.
  • Gift vouchers and cards.
  • Software subscriptions and products.
  • Music, films, games, and computer software whose seal has been broken.
  • Customised or personalised products.
